Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I reached a court approved settlement over credit card debt in FL in 2004. I failed to continue paying after about a year. In 2006 a judgement was placed against me without my knowledge over the remaining balance. Can they do that?

Look atour agreement. It probably provided for no notice if payments not made. see ConsumerLawyerHelp.com
