Typically, no. When a bond is revoked that means they will be held until they close out the case through trial or a plea. An attorney can argue a motion to get the person a bond but it takes some doing. If you would like to discuss this further and the aspects that caused the bond to get revoked, please call my office at 305.284.8000 for a free consult.
