criminal background check

Hello i was recently denied a job because the temp angency ran a criminal background check and said i did not meet there criteria for hire now i had a record as a juvenile but not as an adult the offences were about 10 years ago what right of information do i have regarding the information the temp agency pulled on me

You likely have no right to see their information. You should, however, look into this matter independantly, inasmuch as your juvenile record is supposed to be sealed and not available to employers or credit agencies, or anyone else, other than police agencies. I would think about getting the juvenile record expunged. There is a provision of the law which permits tha, in California. Check out Florida.
