owed parents for vechile, they sold it for services on their home. judge want accept this. what happens to me??

I am assuming the vehicle immobilization has to do with a DUI sentence. If your parents owned the vehicle, provide the bill of sale to your probation officer and have your attorney file a motion to modify probation excluding this provision as a special condition. It is also advisable to inform the buyer that the vehicle may be subjected to the impoundment.
