I am not sure how long you have been in Florida or what proceeding is actively being litigated in Michigan. If it is an active case in Michigan, you may have to ask a lawyer there to transfer the case to Florida. If it is not active, then you may have to register the Michigan Order in Florida, seeking to have Michigan relinquish jurisdiction based on the fact that both parents and child reside in Florida.

Have the Mich. court transfer jurisdiction to Florida, since you both live there.
