Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My children and I have not seen or heard from their father and nearly four years. I am filing for divorce and do not have an attorney. Can I have his parental rights terminated during the divorce hearing?

Usually no but there are exceptions.

If you have had no contact you may have him served by publication; that is complicated process and most people need an attorney.
