Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My divocrce was finalized in February, 2007 in AZ. I was awarded a judgement that was to be paid monthly to the local court. Due to the fact that my ex was living out of state, he never sent any monies. Also, the judgement was never processed, thus it does not show up on any of his credit reports. He has been quite cagey regarding work and money, as he has wanted to avoid any payments. He has been living in FL for approximately 2 years, but only recently have I found out that he is working. Bank accounts, vehicle registration and DL info does not show up in FL, so he apparently still has everything in CA. Question, can I have the judgement filed so that it will show up on his credit reports and also if the judgement can be used in FL so that I could possibly garnish any wages?

You'd have to have the judgment domesticated (converted from Arizona to Florida) then enforced against him. Once you do that--it's not a difficult process for a lawyer--you can possibly have his assets seized, wages garnished, put a lien on his house, etc.
