Evict!!!!!

Hello my mom is living with her mom who 87 yrs old with Alzheimer disease. My mother is not taking care of my grandmother like she should, leaving her in the house alone for 2-4hrs not feeding her 3 meals a day not giving her medications ect,ect. My sister has power of attorney of my grandmother and handles all of finance, the house ect. Can we evict my mom out of the house??? Do to neglect and not paying any bills not putting food in the house and when she using drugs and alcohol. We want her out asap please help!!!
