Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I need to know the exact steps to take to file a contested divorce in Florida. There are no children, property or assets. The divorce is contested due to the respondent not returning the signed paperwork. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

publish in the paper of the county of the last known address of the respondent. after construction service has run, file for the default divorce.
