Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My ex-wife wants our son to be home-schooled were I prefer him to go to a public school. We have a shared parental custody where she is primary custodial parent. Do I have any recourse in this problem?

There is no such thing as a "primary custodial parent" any more. The two of you need to work this out, and each of your votes count equally. Otherwise, the judge will have to decide. If it goes to the judge, most judges usually believe that there has to be a pretty good reason for making a change in a child's life.
