Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
hi..long story short,I needed to move back to my town where they granted me permission to move in the first place, but an unespected emergency happened and I asked my son's father his consent to move back since the order aloud us if agreements between parents to have in letter,he agrees to the relocation but if I gave him money for his expenses. He made a document saying I wanted to move and it was a notice of intent to relocate and that I will bring our son to him every other weekend until he moves too. That was the condition since he doesn't have a licence.Im so stupid and nave and he knows I don't know the law terms,I thought that was an agreement. We notarized the document and I gave him my last penies in cash,$1,500.I got in the I-95 with all my stuff and he called to check our son's back pck to read the letter before moving and not to get emotional infront of him.he said he is not an idiot and he knows how to make contrats,he signed the conditions but not an agreement to relocate. He played me and now I have no money and can't go back I have no place to go.He doesn't pay child support or has a licence.Im I going to be in contempt?any advice.please..thanks

The law does not like trickery. If he signed a docucument or represented that he did then you will be fine. Probably need to turn it into a court order. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659.
It would appear that you never married the bio dad and if that is the case and you have no other court documents - why are you playing around with this guy and his commands. He has no rights unless he establishes them with the court - I think you need to sit down with an attorney and discuss what has been going on - I believe this is called extortion.
