Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
would a home purchase, with both my ex and her boyfriend on the mortgage, sharing expenses and living together be considered a condition or reason to discontinue alimony. Judgement states either marriage or supportive relationship would terminate alimony.

That would depend. If they purchased a home together, did they use her funds to do so? Did she sign the note?
The key here is SHARING - if he is not paying the majority of the expenses then probably not. could possibly get a reduction though.
