What legal recourse does my daughter have when her husband refuses to pay her court ordered child support and alimony? She just moved to Broward County, Florida.

A motion to adjudge him in Contempt is a remedy assuming he has the ability to pay.

Your daughter can file a Motion for Contempt in the court having jurisdiction over her case. The forms for this are available on flcourts.org. She can get further pro se assistance at the family court services unit for the Broward County Court.
