Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live with my boyfriend, he has a tendancy to threaten to kick myself and my two children out of his home. He says we have to be out before he comes home from work. Although he has not meant it thus far, is this legal? Can he just throw us out on the streets?

You didn't say if you are on the deed or the lease. If not, he can't just throw you out on the street, but he could file an ejectment action (it's like an eviction, but where someone doesn't pay rent) against you.
