Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i was mailed by ex wife not served with a peition for emergancy hearing for child costudy, in said peition was no date to hearing and there was only attorney signature not petitioner signature is that valid peition?

Could be. I suggest you check with the clerk of court and find out if there is or was a hearing and if there was I would dispute the service of process.
