Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Married 31 years to a disabled man who received a disability retirement. I am divorcing now do i automatically get half? I quit work over 10 years ago to take care of him. How much alimony can I get?

need a lot more info. Did you retire from a job. Did you apply as care giver to receive his disability during the time your were married.
