Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My mom and me have been taking care of my sisters three kids since she became homeless two months ago the deal was that she is staying with a friend on the next block she would get a job and get her a place for her and her children and when she wasnt out looking for a job she could walk over and help take care of them and be with them every day however her attempt to get a job is a joke she would prefer to find a man to con into giving her money and dosnt want to work and she spend atleast two nights a week at a club so lets face it the only hope her kids have of living with thier mom is if she finds some rich sucker who will put up with the lies and pay her bills

HELP PLEASE TELL ME MY OPTIONS AND CHANCE OF GETTING CUSTODY OF THEM UNTIL SHE RELIZES WHAT SHE LOST

You have an option of filing for temporary custody of the minor children or even adopting the minor children. Both of these typically require your sister's consent. If no consent available, then you can file a petition for temporary custody and go along with the requirements re: same.

I suggest you file for temporary custody of the children and then file for support from the state to help with their care. Also, if you can locate the father of these children, then file for support.
