I RECIEVED a petition to terminate my parental rights. I did my answers as required, but since bio mom has denied me visitation and phone calls in the last 6 months. Can I add to my answers that I want a visitation schedule plan done. State is florida

You can request a hearing on the termination of your parental rights. You can deny the petition based on facts such as "mother denying visitation" ; support paid for the child; or whatever reason that you feel would allow you an opportunity to see this child. I suggest you find an attorney to respond to the Petition, you have 20 days
