Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son (16) has been living with my daughter (24) for a month now, I am my son's legal guardian and custiodal parent by law and I am receiving child support for him. He has threatened to run away if he can't stay with my daughter. She has decided to sue me for child support. I have been served the papres. I have not given up my rights to my child. What are my options?

Either take your child back or pay support.
