Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Tort options?

My exwife has denied me visitation with my children since January 06. Last month I finally filed a motion for contempt/enforcement, but I have little faith in the family court system at this point. Are there tort options available to me in Florida regarding interferrance with visitation?

Re: Tort options?

No. If you have been awarded visitation in a Family Court order, you must proceed visitation rights against your ex-wife in Family Court.

I have heard of tortious interference with a business relationship (civil) and (criminal) interference with child custody, but not anything with regard to visitation. Contempt is the enforcement tool here.
