Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex wife moved out of the state with my son and i have no address for where he is living and did not consent to the moved. I havent talked to my son in almost 3 months. We have a custody agreement and i dont understand why the court keeps telling me that they cant confirm or deny that she turned in her new address. Im at a loss for what to do.
