Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida
emergency
want to know if just going to emergency room are consider emergency as was told at work this was the only thing consider as a family emergency?

The FMLA allows an employee to take leave to care for an immediate family member (spouse, parent or child)who has a serious health condition. Going to the emergency room is not required.
