Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida

fmla question

I got marked off at work, our fml department i had been approved 3 episodes per month each lasing on day,for chronic back pay, I was off 3 days in a row, now they are telling me that I have to work a day, be out a day and work a day and be out a day inbetween my episodes for them to count at my job. Is that true...

No. FMLA leave can be taken as needed up to 12 weeks per year. You should have supporting documents from your doctor but no you don't have to work a day and be out a day. If you need counsel, please look for local counsel or contact my office.
