loss of job after returning from maternity leave
After returning from 12 weeks of maternity leave, my company laid me off less than a month after my return. Is there a minium amount of time they have to keep me after my return? The company has more than 600 employees.

Depends upon the reason for their failure to rehire, whether you took FMLA, etc. There could be violations of FMLA and the Pregnancy Discrimination Act. Call my office i you want to discuss further.
