Quickest Eviction Route
We would like to evict our tenants. We did not renew our lease with them, we gave them a notice of termination within the required time frame and the end of their lease is in two days. We have heard that they aren't planning to move. We don't expect them to pay rent either. Which is the best route to have them evicted? Since we gave them a termination notice, can we still file based on non payment or do we have to file on the holdover basis? Or both?
