Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I am a US citizen whose spouse has been denied the US visa four times. what should I do to bring my wife fastest to the US.I am a Nigerian and i have surmitted all the required documents. I just returned from nigeria but was unsuccessful in getting an interview for her while i was there.She was later invited for the interview and denied the visa.
