Does FL have the 120 retalliation statute on filing a compensation claim?

Florida does have a statute which prohibits retaliation for filing a compensation claim. If you belive you have been discrimiated against, contact a local attorney or my office.

Florida does have a retaliation statute. You need to contact an attorney if you belive you have suffered discrimination.
