Negative Reference

Why is state allowed to give out negative job references In the State of Fl???? I have been blackballed after over 20 years of employment due to a political event. No lawyer will go up against the state and put a stop to this abuse. I fought the firing through the PERC process and found out you can't fight state with state. Ths is certainly not fair or just!!!!!!!!

The state is like any other employer. They can provide truthful information to whomever asks.
