My apartment roof leaks. Totally inhabited when it rains. Computer got ruined when in rained on the 3rd may 2017. I asked to be compensated and it was discovered that the lease agreement was not signed upon arrival and has to be signed immediately or leave by noon on 6th may . I was offered to be transferred to another apartment with 3 or 4 other tenants. I was sharing the apartment with 2 others. I am now trying to settle my account and the lease office is now telling me I have to pay the full amount for may

You need an attorney to sort through the issues. You don't just get an automatic reduction in rental. You remain responsibility for continuing the rental payment. You don't have to leave immediately even without a signed leased. you would get time depending on how you pay the rental, how often that is. Seek legal help.
