division of property from divorce

What happens to a property (land only) co owned by a divorced couple when one of the parties has died? Property was purchased during the marriage and deeded ''tennants in entirety''.

When one of them dies, his or her interest in the property passes to his or her heirs, or as provided his or her will. It does not pass to the other co-owner unless a will executed after the divorce so directs.
