1. contract controls responsibility.2. was it a hidden leak? 3. was it a leak that you the seller knew about but did not disclose? 4. where is the leak? was an inspection of that area done by anyone? 5. was there a right to inspect that specific area where the leak is present? more questions than answers in your short summary. seek some legal guidance.
