If I go back to work....

If I am already receiving benefits and I go back to work. How do I stop my Social Security Benefits?

I am 63 years old and have gone back to work. I realize if I earn more than $14,160 I will be penalized... May I stop my SS benefit and if so how do I go about it??? What form or forms do I need??

Once you elect to take early social security income, you cannot stop it. If you make more than $14,160 in a single calendar year, your benefits will be reduced by one-half. In the year you turn 65, your benefits will be reduced by one-third. After that, you can work with no penalty.
