when someone buys the taxes on your home can they just put you out without notice if the house has not been thru probate court yet

Your question makes no sense. If your house was bought via a tax deed, you have one-year to dispute the sale. As to removing you from property, they will have to evict you but they may not have cause if you pay the delinquent taxes and the deed is returned to you. As to probate, if the house is no longer part of the estate due to a tax deed sale, there is not much you can do.

There is a very specific procedure that must be followed to obtain a tax deed. The owner, or decedent, would need to be given notice of the application for the tax deed. Up until it is issued, the back taxes and interest can be paid and legal title remains with the owner.
