contest a will

i am the exceutor of my parents estate and want to sell their house for $150,000. my brother and sister want to hold on to the house and sell it for $180,000 to $200,000 in 2 or 3 years when the market is better. the house was appraised at $153,000 in march 2007. do they have any grounds to contest my decision?

Not if you have a reasonable reason to sell. Perhaps they would like to buy out your share and keep the house?

If you are currently personal representative of a Florida estate, then you are also represented by legal counsel in this matter. You should talk to your attorney about this matter. He or she may want to consider getting court approval for any intended sale.
