Deceased parent's bank account

Father recently passed away. Children of deceased would like contents of bank accounts. Power nof attorney for financial matters not held. How to proceed?

Re: Deceased parent's bank account

First, check with the bank to be sure there is no beneficiary on the bank account. If there is none, you will need to open probate so the court can determine who has rightful claim onthe funds. Feel free to call me or send an email if you want to discuss further.
