Is there a way to obtain copy of will from uncooperative step-sister

Is there a way to force a step-sister to produce a copy of a will that was drawn up 10 years ago between my father and step-mother. My father passed away 3 years ago and my step-mother never probated their dual will. My step-mother passed away in February,2005. Her daughter is suppose to be taking care of the estate, but is not sharing any information. There was no executor named in the will. What legal recourse do I have to obtain a copy of the will and to see that the will is probated? My step-sister gave me the name and phone number of her lawyer to call, but he wouldn't release any information to me since he wasn't working for me. I don't live in Florida and I'm not able to travel. All the lawyers I have talked to say I need a copy of the will but again I'm not getting any cooperation from the step-sister. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

A court order compelling production is necessary.

One thing you can do is see an attorney to open administration of your father's estate (where he was domiciled at the time of death), petition to be named executor, and go from there. Good luck.
