Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Co Personal Representatives
In the state of Florida. A person's will states that she desires to have her 2 daughters as ''Co-Personal Representatives'' (executors). Is this allowed? I thought there has to be one final person to make each final decision. What if the Co-Personal Representatives disagree?

Re: Co Personal Representatives
There is no legal problem having two personal representatives, it happens quite often. Still, one daughter could step aside if they wanted to allow only one PR to serve.
