Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Co Personal Representatives

In the state of Florida. A person's will states that she desires to have her 2 daughters as ''Co-Personal Representatives'' (executors). Is this allowed? I thought there has to be one final person to make each final decision. What if the Co-Personal Representatives disagree?
