well i got ssd and want out from under the grips of workers comp and there demands and want to settle now they want my bank statements and iam not giving them to them i dont think my bank account has any bearing on a case do you

No, do not give them to them unless the judge of compensation orders you to. If you want a settlement, I highly suggest you hire an attorney specializing in WC to help you negotiate.
