Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

Unemployment Benifits in florida

I have a question about Unemployment benefits. I live in Florida, I recently filed for unemployment because I was terminated from my employer. The company I worked for dined the claim, I Appealed the decision and had a hearing, when the hearing took place my employer did not respond to the appeal, so at the hearing it was just me and the person conducting the hearing. My question is, because the employer did not show up for the hearing, would that automatically approve my benefits?
