Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Business Law (Franchise)
Hello, I bought into a franchise. I have not recieved all of the items that I was promised. I have requested an inventory/supply list, but I have still gotten nothing. I have made several requests. What should I do?

Re: Business Law (Franchise)
If you feel you have exhausted all remedies by yourself, speak with a local attorney about sending a demand letter. That will probably get their attention and hopefully provide the requested items. Filing suit is probably a last resort, especially due to the franchisor-franchisee relationship. But it may become necessary.
