Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

they're not fixing my credit report.

In 2005 I had an auto loan through Longbeach Acceptance.They harrassed me to no end.Ifiled a complaint,they countered with a repo full payment demand.The final was a mutual dismissal of complaint,they were supposed to fix my credit report(I assumed) I have the dismissal papers,but dont understand some of it.''LB does release,remise,and forever discharge,(me)......of and from any and all claims,demands,actions or causes of actions of any kind or nature arising from any matter whatsoever from the beginning of earth....22SEP2005----please help I need to fix credit

If you did things right, you have a written agreement that also requires them to correct your credit. If you didn't do that, they do not have to delete any past entries (although they must update your balance to zero). There's no way to fix this if you did it wrong.
