Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Is Subpeona valid

I received notice of default judgment from plaintiff's attorney almost a year later. Filed a Motion to set aside for improper service. Motion has not been ruled on, in the mean time plantiff's attorney has served me with subpeona & notice for deposition. What is my next step. The amount of judgment is $400;plus interest and attorney fees

Providing specific advice about pending lawsuits is beyond the scope of this forum. You'll need to see a lawyer to review the pleadings and case. Do this in advance of any deadlines.
