Abandonment of marriage

if a wife of 3 months leaves her husband for a period of 10 years with no contact are they considred divorced?

No. You must still go through divorce proceedings. I would suggest you see a lawyer to help you through this.

No, unfortunately, there is no such thing as a "common law divorce;" you will need to go through the court to dissolve the marriage.
