abuse

my mom threatens to rip out my hair and pulls it and also hits me for no reason...is that consedered abuse...im 13 and i want to know if im allowed to go ahead and move into my dads house... if thats going on

If there is a court order indicating how your parents are to handle your custody, then your parents are bound to observe that order. Talk the issue over with your father, or a school counselor. You can also call the Department of Family and Childrens Services of the County that you live in if neither of those individuals is able to assist you.
