Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have an insurance policy on my boyfriend of 13 years but he is married but has not been with her in over 25 years we live in Georgia and she lives in NY. would she be intitled to the policy even though im mane the beneficinary

No, but there are many things you will lose by him not divorcing her and marrying you that will harm you if he dies. He is 13 years overdue on seeing a lawyer.

The named beneficiary of an insurance policy receives the benefits. I would be concerned about dating someone for 13 years who has not made an attempt to divorce his spouse. Hopefully the two of you do not own property together because that could be a real problem should he die, as his wife could have a claim on his estate.
