Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

morals clause, significant change of circumstances

I am divorced with primary custody of our child. I am not remarried, while my ex has remarried. I am pregnant out of wedlock. My ex is saying this is a violation of the morals clause. Is this true?? Can me having a child out of wedlock be argued as a significant change in circumstances giving him grounds to file for custody change?

Re: morals clause, significant change of circumstances

The answer may depend on a review of the language of the agreement and order from your divorce. I suggest you review the case and all of the facts with a family law attorney.
