Property Prior to Marriage

After working for 30 Yrs., I have aquired a large IRA, Home will be paid off in 5 yrs, Cash, 2 Cars, etc. If I married my significant other, who has nothing but a small apt, part-time job, and a son, and we w divorced after a few years 2-5 would he be entitled to all I had before the marriage?

You should see a lawyer about a prenuptial agreement to protect your assets as best as possible.
