Change of Venue

My attorney did not catch the fact that the venue was improper on the original complaint. In responding to the complaint, he agreed that my address was correct (county 1), but also that by virtue of my address, venue proper was in county 2. Is there a way to fix this now?

Discuss with your lawyer, or hire another one. This is not the proper forum to "fix" problems in pending lawsuits, or provide advice to represented parties.

I agree with the previous answer. You selected your attorney to represent you. You should feel free to ask him or her questions. If he or she is not responsive to you, you should think about finding another attorney.
