Previously I had emailed you and stated that my case was dismissed because I failed to appear in court due to getting the dates confused. I have finally received the judgement after I filed again. The judgement is in favor of the plaintiff.

Is there any chance that the judgement can be overturned if I can prove my case, or does the judgement normally stands as is?

You can request a reconsideration of the judgment and you need to set it down for hearing. You have thirty days from the date of the judgment.
